“I found the attention to detail quite remarkable, from the spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished rooms, particularly the Gothic room which felt like a private suite, to the genuinely welcoming nature of the hosts. The breakfasts were a definite highlight, with homemade sourdough and local produce making for truly delicious starts to the day. It's a beautifully restored period property that manages to feel both interesting and remarkably comfortable, with a delightful canine companion adding a unique charm.”
